The exact services included can be found on our website, booking confirmation, and program information.

Each participant confirms that they meet the physical and mental requirements necessary for the selected activity (tour), as outlined on our website and in our brochures.

Persons impaired by medication, alcohol, or drugs are excluded from participation.

The duration of a tour cannot always be determined precisely in advance. Any times stated are for guidance only. Adventure Service Outdoorsports does not guarantee adherence to these estimated times.

Registration

Registrations can be made in writing, by telephone, or in person. They become binding upon confirmation by Adventure Service Outdoorsports, whether in writing, by telephone, or in person.

Bookings for various tours and activities can be made via our online shop or by email. Upon receipt of your payment (deposit) and our booking confirmation, the contract becomes binding for both parties, and these terms and conditions are deemed accepted.

The person making the booking expressly confirms that they are authorized to submit the booking on behalf of all registered participants.

All prices quoted are per person in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Online Payments and Fees

We take security very seriously. Through rigorous security checks, protected data storage, and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, we ensure the security, stability, and reliability of our payment platform.

In addition to the booked services, a booking fee of 2% will be charged.

This fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Payment

Payment for booked activities is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, please transfer the specified deposit amount.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed terms, either before the tour begins or on-site.

For bookings made within 10 days of the tour start date, the full amount is due immediately upon registration or receipt of the booking confirmation.

For online bookings, some tours require full payment by credit card or PayPal, while others require a deposit of approximately 25%.

Gift vouchers become valid only if payment has been received in our account at least 7 days before the voucher is redeemed.

Cancellation by the Customer / Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booked activity at any time before or during the activity.

In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly request that cancellations be submitted in writing.

For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the tour start, a cancellation fee of 10% of the tour price will be charged.

For cancellations made later than 48 hours before the tour start, we are entitled to charge 100% of the booked service.

For multi-day programs, reimbursement for unused services is only possible in the event of illness or accident and upon presentation of a medical certificate issued by a licensed physician. Any refund will be recalculated based on the services actually provided.

If weather conditions make it unsafe to conduct the activity, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the activity. In the event of cancellation, only the proportional amount paid for the affected services will be refunded. No further claims may be made against Adventure Service Outdoorsports.

As compensation for administrative work and preparations already undertaken, a processing fee of €25.00 will be charged in the event of cancellation.

No refund will be granted in case of failure to appear for the tour.

No refund of the booked service fee will be provided if the participant voluntarily leaves the tour early or arrives too late to participate.

Cancellation Insurance

For most tours, we offer cancellation insurance for a small additional fee.

This can easily be added during the online booking process.

With valid cancellation insurance, cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the tour starts without providing a reason, and you will receive a 100% refund of the tour price.

Photos and Videos

Many participants request photos of their tours, which we are happy to provide whenever possible.

Photos and videos taken during tours may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

By booking a tour with Adventure Service Outdoorsports, participants expressly consent to the use of such photos and videos for these purposes.

Adventure Service Outdoorsports undertakes to use only photographs and videos that are neither inappropriate nor infringe upon the privacy of guests.

Liability

Our tours are led by qualified and experienced guides. All equipment complies with applicable safety standards.

However, outdoor activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Liability for all damages and claims against Adventure Service Outdoorsports and its guides, regardless of legal basis, is limited to cases of negligence and intent, as permitted by law. Appropriate liability insurance is maintained.

Adventure Service Outdoorsports is not liable for damages arising from activities for which we act solely as an intermediary.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the tour leader (guide) and actively cooperate during the activity.

The guide is entitled to exclude participants from the tour or terminate the tour if they violate these terms and conditions or fail to meet the necessary requirements for participation.

The guide also reserves the right to modify or restrict the tour due to unforeseen circumstances that may endanger participant safety, such as high water levels, sudden weather changes, or insufficient participant abilities.

Adventure Service Outdoorsports further reserves the right to withdraw from the contract under such circumstances.

Any injuries or damages must be reported immediately to the tour leader.

Language

The official contractual and business language is German.

For translations into languages other than German, our website uses an automatic software-based translation system (Google Translator).

Customers acknowledge that automatic translation systems are not 100% accurate and may produce incorrect or incomplete translations.

Adventure Service Outdoorsports cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings resulting from inaccurate translations into languages other than German.

Final Provisions

Prices, program changes, and printing errors are subject to change.

Austrian law shall apply.

The place of jurisdiction and performance is Zell am See, Austria.
